Intercontinental meeting space

Malachite Foyer
Malachite Showroom for General Session, more than enough space, maybe too much, there would be empty terraces in the back, no charge for stage or set up in this room

Malachite Boardroom, just off of Malachite foyer is what we would use as an office.

Mayfair would be a classroom, it can seat 72+ classroom
from the side of the room, a view of what the pillars look like
could fit 84 classroom
dimensions are 60 x 30

there are windows looking out into the hallway to make the room feel less closed off
LeGala is off of the lobby lounge, this is the entry way
LeGala, it will be remodeled, could fit 90 for classroom, 200 theatre, 180 banquet rounds

Sheraton Ft. Worth meeting rooms

general session space is from about 15 on either side of the screen, 360 in theater style
the largest classroom will be from the airwall track you can see in the ceiling, picture was taken with my back against the wall
dimensions are 40 x 84 Brushy Creek and Dry Comal Creek are classroom 2 and 3 airwall track indicates division between the rooms, both rooms can seat 72+ classroom

La Bodega Boardroom will be our office. Plenty of storage room and wall can be used as a barrier between meeting space for the team and unpacked boxes.
